These versatile units can be used for flushing, chlorinating, pressure testing and for temporary connections of a water main system. We engineered our systems to be basic, yet highly functional. The WEDGE MFG Air Vent / Blow Off Systems reduce labor expenses and eliminates unnecessary problems typically involved when releasing the pressure of a water main. Our water main air vent / blow off systems are the most reliable systems on the market. Other release systems made of many joints [connections] have a greater chance of leaking. WEDGE MFG: Water Main Sampling Stations The WEDGE Sampling Station housing provides a protective, aesthetically pleasing low-profile design, that is corrosion resistant and requires no maintenance. The Sampling Station can be installed in a grass area above the water main, or simply install a 1" copper service behind the curb-line and install the Blow Off Assembly and Pedestal Housing. A temporary or permanent solutions to the problem of determining where to locate a sampling station. If the Sample Station is to be used temporarily, simply remove the pedestal housing and replace the valve box cover. Leave the Blow Off for future use.
